Laurie Chew, CEO
Mr Chew is a Graduate of the WA School of Mines, holds a Shift Supervisors Certificate of Competency and has over 25 years experience including underground mining and civil construction with contractors, tenders, contract management, and overseas assignments in Singapore, Hong Kong and South Africa.  Mr Chew has been with Fox since 2004 as Contracts Engineer, Senior Project Manager, Manager Projects, General Manager to current Interim CEO.
Tamsin Senders, Group Microbiologist
Ms Senders has over 16 years experience in the field of bacterial oxidation and has worked with three of the four bacterial heap leaching technology suppliers specialising in both tank and heap leaching.  Ms Senders is a co-inventor of the BioHeapTM technology which was the first technology to successfully heap leach nickel sulphides.  In addition she has worked as the Australasian Business Development Manager for GeoBiotics, LLC for three years.
Bruce Garlick, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary
Mr Garlick has more than 20 years experience in the mining and engineering industries, both internationally and locally.  He is currently a member of CPA Australia and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries.  He has held senior positions in companies in Australia, Southern and Western Africa, Europe and the USA including Normandy Mining (now Newmont Mining), Platinum Australia and MI Energy.  Mr Garlick has extensive experience with corporate governance, financial regulations and has secured complex funding deals for large projects.
