Bruno Seneque – Managing Director
Mr Seneque is a Certified Practising Accountant with CPA Australia with experience in corporate accounting and administration. Prior to joining Fox, Mr Seneque was the Company Secretary and Financial Controller for tantalum producer Haddington Resources Ltd. He was also previously group accountant for Titan Resources Ltd and part of his responsibilities was the financial and management reporting for the Radio Hill nickel project. Mr Seneque is an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer to the Board and is an affiliate of Chartered Secretaries Australia.
Terry Streeter – Chairman & Non-Executive Director
Mr Streeter is a Perth based businessman who has had extensive experience in investing in Western Australian exploration and mining companies. He has held interests in the nickel sulphide industry where he was a Director of Jubilee Mines NL (owners of the high grade Cosmos Mine) and is currently a Director and major shareholder of nickel explorer, Western Areas NL.
Geoff Clifford – Non-Executive Director
Mr Clifford has more than 25 years experience in senior accounting, finance, administration and company secretarial roles in the mining, retailing, and wholesaling industries. Previous roles included Non Executive Director and Consultant to Aztec Resources Limited and General Manager Administration and Company Secretary of Portman Limited.
Mr Clifford was admitted as a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants in 1989 and as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in 1995. He has also been a member of the Western Australian State Council of Chartered Secretaries Australia for the past five years and is currently Vice President of the Council. Mr Clifford is also a Non Executive Director of RMA Energy Ltd
Dr Yulong Tian - Non-Executive Director
Dr Tian is a professional geologist and brings a wealth of relevant knowledge to Fox. He has extensive experience with non-ferrous mineral deposits, including copper, tin and also the Jinchuan Nickel-Copper deposit, which is one of the most famous large multi-metal associated nickel and copper sulphide deposits in the world.
During his time as Senior Geologist with Jinchuan, Dr Tian accomplished his post doctoral research on the Jinchuan Nickel-Copper Deposit.
Rod White, Non-Executive Director
Mr White is a member of CPA Australia and has more than 17 years experience in senior accounting, finance, and administration. Mr White is currently a Director of an accounting practice which provides advice on accounting, management and taxation matters to clients in a range of industries.
Laurie Chew, General Manager
Mr Chew is a Graduate of the WA School of Mines, holds a Shift Supervisors Certificate of Competency and has over 22 years experience including underground mining and civil construction with contractors, tenders, contract management, overseas assignements in Singapore, Hong Kong and South Africa. Mr Chew has been with Fox since 2004 as Contracts Engineer, Senior Project Manager, Manager Projcts to current General Manager.
Len Spencer, Operations Manager - Pilbara Region
Mr Spencer is a Graduate of the WA School of Mines and has over 33 years experience including holding senior managment positions with various mining companies exerienced in Nickel, Copper, Lead, Zinc, Tin and Gold. He was previously Mill Superintendent at Radio HIll operations during ownership by Tital Resource NL.
Tim Lee, Financial Controller and Joint Company Secretary
Mr Lee holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and Affiliate of Chartered Secretaries Australia with experience in corporate accounting and administration.
Ann Nahajski, Joint Company Secretary
Ms Nahajski is a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia), an Associate of Chartered Secretaries (CSA) and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Ms Nahajski has extensive experience as an investment banker, investor relations, global financial markets and corporate governance. She is also a Director and Company Secretary of a public unlisted company.
